a Great Nipple
Channel 29, FOX in Philadelphia,
picked up a press release concerning a certain performance artist who was
about to attempt a World Record. The day of the event (page
15), Grover Silcox met up with the Great Nippulini
at a waking 11:00 am to do a street shoot. In front of the famed
"Tattoo Mom's" bar on South Street, the Great Nippulini
got
some strange reactions from passersby.
